Good news for Dutch fans of the Acuvue Oasys contactlenses. Johnson & Johnson and Ciba Vision have settled their disagreement about infringed patents and from next Tuesday, January 4th 2011, the Acuvue contactlenses will again be available in the Netherlands. The settlement marks the end of a difficult period which caused a lot of discomfort for both contactlens specialists and consumers.
