Safilo en Essilor maakten onlangs bekend een licentie-overeenkomst gesloten te hebben. De komende tien jaar produceert Essilor onder de Polaroid naam, gepolariseerde (zonne)glazen op sterkte die verkocht zullen worden voor gebruik in andere merken brillen.
