The United States based company REM and British Mondottica have announced to found a joint-venture to sell and distribute the Converse (sun)glasses in certain European countries. REM is well-known for brands like John Varvatos and Lucky Brand and Mondottica has license agreements with brands like Hackett and Ted Baker. The new joint-venture is called Remdottica.
