We have mentioned it before; the young “Chinese born” American designers become more and more important and symbolize the rise of a new generation of designers. Last week this was once again proven when Hugo Boss announced the appointment of Jason Wu as the new Creative Director womenswear of the brand. Wu became known by a large audience thanks to Michelle Obama who likes his designs and wears them regularly. Wu designs his prescription frames and sunglasses in cooperation with MODO from New York.
