Yesterday the Dutch CEO of the Gucci Group Robert Polet was in the Netherlands. He contributed with an inspiring presentation to a RTLZ Masterclass about Fashion and Business. His message was very clear. Today in the stores it is all about experience. Brands are built upon passion and experience. The employees who work for the brand are the most important tool to make the difference. Employees should love to work for the brand and be proud of it and of course the brand should do as much as possible to make them proud. As an employer you should give people enough room to contribute to the brand as long as they understand and respect the values of it. Not too many protocols but much room for own initiatives within the mission of the brand. The Dutch Collective of Independent Opticians by Optitrade was one of the sponsors of this Masterclass where the crème de la crème of the Dutch fashion industry attended. At the end of the day Not Just Vision, asked by the Collective and in cooperation with LaDress, Safilo and Essilor, organized a small fashion show.
