It certainly was a kind of relaunch of his collections and almost something like a “coming home” after the short experience with Safilo so we hoped for quite some (sun)glasses but we were disappointed. At both his Emporio Armani show last week as well as at his Giorgio Armani show last Monday, the maestro showed only a few sunglasses which are not very exciting and more of the oversized stuff we have seen for years now. Commercially very interesting we guess but not as renewing as his trousers, dresses, coats and other beautiful designs. Up to Paris to see what they have designed for us…
