The American company Luxury Optical Holdings recently announced it has acquired the also American brand Robert Marc and all its activities. Robert Marc owns eight stores in New York and sells the Robert Marc prescription frames and sunglasses in more than 20 countries to about 500 opticians. In addition the company is the exclusive distributor for Lunor in North-America. Luxury Optical Holdings already owns the Morgenthal Frederics stores in New York and strongly strengthens its position in the city with this acquisition. Both brands will continue to exist next to each other. In total the Luxury Optical Group now owns 50 optical stores throughout the United States. The group is owned by aPriori Capital Partners and Goode Partners.
