Dutch HINK Group, specialized in hearing technology, hearing instruments and hearing protection, and Dutch Retail Group Optitrade have decided to combine their audiological activities. Negotiations started only in August of this year but already resulted in this declared intention. The aim of the operation is to strengthen the position of the independent hearing specialists and combined optical/hearing stores in the Netherlands. Combining and increasing the purchase power is certainly also one of the objectives.
