Recently doctor Henk Punt and Reyer Lafeber of Eyescan explained the vision of the organization in the Dutch television show Businessclass at RTL7. Eyescan aims to deliver the best eyecare which goal was once again demonstrated by the recent purchase of a Catalys laser. This new laser is designed for lens-replacing surgery and is extremely precise. The laser is far more accurate as a knife and makes perfect incisions which seriously improves the safety of the surgery. Visitors of the Eyescan Congres this weekend at Noordwijk in the Netherlands will have the opportunity to see a live surgery with the new Catalys laser.
